Om Sanskar School (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Prashnix ERP desktop application. This privacy policy explains how our application handles information when you use our cloud backup features.

1. Information We Access and Use

Prashnix ERP includes an optional cloud backup module that integrates with the Google Drive API. When you explicitly choose to sign in with your Google account to back up your school data:

• The application requests access strictly under the drive.file scope. This grants the application permission to create, read, and manage only the specific backup files created by Prashnix ERP.
• We do not access, read, modify, or delete any other files or personal data stored in your Google Drive account.

2. Data Storage and Security

Your database backups (containing administrative and school operational records) are transmitted securely from your local desktop environment directly to a dedicated, isolated folder named Prashnix_ERP_Backups inside your personal Google Drive account.

We do not collect, store, or view your school database backups or Google account credentials on any external third-party servers.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information or Google user data with any third parties.

4. Revoking Access

You can disconnect your Google account from Prashnix ERP at any time directly within the application settings, or revoke access entirely through your Google Account Security Settings.
